MEDICAL SOCIAL PROBLEM OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH OF RURAL FEMALE RESIDENTS OF FERTILE AGE

Abstract

The aim of the research was to study the level of reproductive health of rural female residents of fertile age and their medical and hygienic awareness.

To determine social risk factors influencing reproductive health of rural females we carried out sociological questionnaire survey and systemic analysis of medical and social features of formation of reproductive health of rural females. Using statistical method we analyzed 1584 questionnaires filled in by fertile age women living in Korelichi District of Grodno Region.

The obtained results indicate that morbidity rate of fertile age women tends to rise while the level of reproductive system morbidity decreases. Indices of health status of the population should be taken into account when planning and implementing complex medical organizational measures.
