Abstract
In this article is described the T-lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T-ALL) in patient of age 22 years. Clinical and laboratory date are proposed. Modern immunophenotyping diagnostics makes it possible to establish correct diagnosis.
Intensive polychemotherapy induces a prolonged remission in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in 75% of cases in children and in 40-50% of cases in adults. Besides the known medications, used in ALL treatment schemes, new medications are monoclonalantibodies, which enables to improve the therapy results in children, to reduce toxicity and increase general survival rate.
