Abstract

The aim of the work was to determine diagnostic possibilities of dermatoglyphics analysis for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

The object included dermatoglyphics peculiarities of children and adolescents with GERD.

As a result, high effectiveness of dermatoglyphics analysis for diagnostics of GERD was shown.

The use of the dermatoglyphics method in GERD diagnostics allows to add to the clinical pattern of the disease, specify the diagnosis as well as reveal genetic predisposition.
