INFLUENCE OF L- ARGININE ON THE AMOUNT OF BLOOD CIRCULATING ENDOTHELIAL CELLS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION
Keywords:

Abstract
The influence of L - arginine on endothelial function determined with regard to the blood circulating endothelial cells in patients with acute myocardial infarction was analyzed. It was determined that additional introduction of L- arginine to the standard treatment resulted in stable reduction of the amount of blood circulating endothelial cells on the 7th day followed by leveling of difference as compared to the group of healthy persons on the 14th day, which proves more rapid restoration of endothelial function.
