Abstract
The article presents a case of congenital toxoplasmosis in children. Constant feature of congenital toxoplasmosis is a liver disease, enlarged lymph nodes, spleen, meningoencephalitis (with the subsequent development of calcifications, seizures, hydrocephalus, mental retardation), eye damage. For the prevention of congenital toxoplasmosis should survey of women of childbearing age in family planning to avoid toxoplasmosis.
